The White Collared & Purple Dress can be found at the NYU Mainstore. Once you clicked the subscriber board make sure to look to your right on the shelf to see the purple dress. Click it and just save it to your inventory.

They are free to get and only available on the marketplace. These are especially great under the mesh Romper because I don't always like to show too much cleavage all the time.
